The 32 teams in this season's Champions League group stage can now begin to think about their dream draw after the final seeding pots were confirmed following Wednesday's final qualifying ties. The champions of Europe's top-eight ranked leagues are automatically seeded in pot 1, with the remaining three pots allocated based upon UEFA's coefficient system. Sevilla secured their place in pot 2 after coming through the playoffs, which meant Napoli had to be content with a place in pot 3 after they too came through the qualifiers. Liverpool take a place in pot 3 after coming through their tie against Hoffenheim.  There are teams in pot 4 that some might hope to avoid, as it features Scottish champions Celtic, Dutch title holders Feyenoord, German debutants RB Leipzig and Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon. Barcelona ‘s summer transfer window went from bad to worse after their official Twitter account was hacked to claim they had signed Angel di Maria from PSG. The La Liga giants have endured a trying offseason with star man Neymar leaving in a £200m deal for Paris while the chases for replacements, namely Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele, have hit dead ends. Matters hit a new low in the early hours of Wednesday morning when a message on the official club Twitter account tweeted: “Welcome Angel Di Maria to FC Barcelona! #DiMariaFCB”. The tweet was retweeted thousands of times before a subsequent message confirmed the hoax. The message would go on to appear and subsequently disappear over the next hour before the club security finally retook control of the account. Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri insists he has not played his last game for the club despite reports of an imminent move to Barcelona. The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a €40million transfer to Camp Nou, although Nice general manager Julien Fournier stated on Monday that no negotiations between the clubs had taken place. Seri has now said that he does not expect any development in the deal before Nice take on Amiens in Ligue 1 on Saturday and is adamant that Tuesday's Champions League play-off defeat to Napoli was not his last performance for the club. Manchester United’s official kit supplier appears to have jumped the gun over the announcement of a new signing. It looks like recently released United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is on his way back. Adidas’ US store has started selling United 2017/18 home kits with Ibrahimovic on the back, which suggests the Swedish star’s return to Old Trafford is about to be confirmed. Ibrahimovic had a successful season with United last term, but was released at the end of his one-year deal having suffered a serious knee injury and undergone surgery. He recently returned to Carrington to follow his rehabilitation programme, which had always been planned. But it now looks like a more formal return is in the offing. Ibrahimovic wore number 9 last season, but that squad number has since been given to new signing Romelu Lukaku. Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane, set an unwanted record during their 2-1 loss to Chelsea on Sunday at Wembley Stadium. The England international took eight shots during the match, which was a career-high mark for the striker without scoring a goal. Kane came close, striking the post in the first half. He also had a penalty shot denied, as Marcos Alonso’s brace gave the Blues the victory in the London derby. In total, he has now had 34 shots and played 12 games in the month of August, without scoring in the Premier League. It also means Kane is still stuck on 99 goals in his Spurs career, a mark he reached last May, when he scored seven goals in the final two contests of the Premier League campaign.
